LESSONS FROM A STABLE: A Fearless Father

Lesson:
There is not much recorded in the Bible concerning Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus.  From the few verses we have, we can glean much about his character.  He must have been a great dad!  After all, he was chosen by God Himself to be Jesus’ father on earth.

What does being a “good” man mean?
Describe Joseph’s character.  (Good, kind, loving, obedient, faithful, follower of God, self-controlled)
How did Joseph feel about Mary?
What was Joseph’s response to the angel’s message?
What kind of father do you think Joseph was?
