Fellowship:

Icebreaker:
What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?
How did it turn out?
How do mistakes make you feel?

Scripture:
Romans 2:1-16 NIV

Lesson:
“The devil made me to it!” was a tag line made famous by comedian, Flip Wilson.  Too many people have this attitude about sin – it is inevitable, I can’t help myself, the devil made me do it!  Sin is between man and God.  We do not judge each other.  Glory to God that there is freedom and forgiveness for sin!

Why do we judge others?
How does it feel when others judge you?
What does sin do to our relationship with God?  Others?
What causes people to sin?
Who suffers when we sin?
How do you feel when you sin?
What should lead us to repentance?
What is our reward for righteousness?
What is God’s punishment for those who reject Him?
