Overview:
At
the end of my mom’s journey with dementia, she was bedridden and could not
speak. The day before she passed, her
tech told me something amazing and wonderful.
My mom said, “I love you,” to those who cared for her. How could that be? I have pondered that inconceivable fact much
in the five years since then and here is what I know – love remains. Somehow.
Someway. God is love. When we have God, we are love. When all else is stripped away, God remains. Love remains.
